You should follow these plans as programmed for (at least) 4 full weeks, or until you’re in need of changes to your nutrition or exercise program. They do come with guides, but I strongly recommend you have a solid knowledge base of/experience with tracking macros as well as access to/experience with commercial weight training equipment. You can purchase any of these services 1x, or continuously as needed! (Please Note: There are no check-ins with these non-coached programs. Please see below under “Subscription Coaching Services” for accountability coaching options.)


SUBSCRIPTION COACHING SERVICES

Services recommended for the individual who needs more guidance and accountability throughout their program. Each of these coaching programs come with weekly email check-ins and include 24-7 email access. These services can be purchased in rounds of 4 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks, and can be continuously renewed. There will be a 10% discount applied to programs purchased as an 8 Week bundle and a 20% discount applied to programs purchased as a 12 Week bundle. The current pricing is locked in for you, for as long as you remain a subscribed client.

NUTRITION ONLY

$100/4 weeks

Perfect for someone who needs extra accountability with the nutrition portion of their fitness routine, but who already has a solid training program to follow.

Tailored for your goals, abilities, and schedule - this coaching option will help you progress toward your goals over time while also getting stronger/more comfortable in the gym!

  • Focus on progressive overload (increasing strength over time) by focusing on the primary lifts, with varying accessory muscle work from week to week.

A combination of the tailored nutrition and training programs, this program will be your most optimal path to hitting your physique goals.

I have a consultation form all prospective clients must thoroughly complete for my review. From there, we can decide if we are a good fit to work together or not. My nutrition programs are for lifestyle clients only - with general health and weight loss, fat burn, body recomposition (“toning”), or muscle building goals. Refund Policy: I only issue refunds to individuals who can prove to me they did everything I asked of them throughout their program - adhering to their macros within a close range from day to day, thorough timely check-ins every week, and completion of any necessary training and/or cardio, etc. If after 100% effort someone does not see or feel any positive impact on their overall health or aesthetic results they had hoped to achieve, I will be happy to issue a full refund.
