What you need to know...

I offer online exercise programming as well as nutrition services for clients near and far. I have worked with my own online coach in the past and know from personal experience that it is a relationship that works well and can/will lead to the LONG-TERM success of the client when they give 100%. Personally, I enjoy working with clients this way because it allows me to give them a path to success, but still requires their hard work, effort, and the will to learn about their body along the way. 

It's my belief that every person is unique not only in their nutrition needs, but also in their coaching needs! Over time, I've found that different clients respond to different types of coaching. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to diet or exercise. Many can thrive off of extremely basic dietary guidelines, but there are some who need a more rigid plan to follow from day to day. My goal is to guide each client in progressing toward their goals while actually enjoying the process (and learning about nutrition, exercise, and their unique body’s needs along the way.)

All of my training & nutrition programs are tailored to the individual's needs, abilities & goals. I stay true to the notion that macronutrient tracking is NOT for everyone. For many people, tracking macronutrients is easy & feels non-restrictive. For others, this may not be the case. Ultimately, the most sustainable approach is the one that you can follow by staying accountable to yourself, long-term. This requires a solid understanding of nutrition & how food works for your body (not against it). Education & practice over time is what will not only bring you results, but also help you sustain those results for life


I do not create "meal plans". I am not a Registered Dietitian. If this is the service you seek, I am not the coach for you! However, you may find that you can easily build your own meal plan to fit your macronutrient (or calorie) goals each day. This should be looked at as a LIFESTYLE that you want to adhere to long-term. Therefor, you have to be able to figure it out for yourself. Sometimes our plans fall through for the day and in that case, you would need to be able to figure out how to change your plans and still stick to your program. What foods do you enjoy? What sources of protein do you naturally gravitate to? Where do you prefer to get the majority of your carbohydrates or fats each day? If you have your meal plan laid out to hit your macronutrient targets and then your entire day falls through (impacting your food plan for 1/2 the day) what foods can you substitute to help you meet your goals? These are all things that are 100% up to the client. I’m here to guide you - not to do the work for you.

My nutrition programs are for lifestyle clients only - with general health and weight loss, fat burn, body recomposition (“toning”), or muscle building goals.
